With innovative hands-on solutions pointed at the improvement of public education and at the development of public leaderships, Motriz contributes to the construction and implementation of more diverse, inclusive and effective public services and policies.
Public Education
We want all the students in Brazil to finish Middle School with an array of abilities that enables them to prosper in life. For this, we collaborate with the administrative and pedagogical management of public education departments in territories throughout Brazil, stimulating perennial actions that make a difference on the learning and teaching processes, with equity and sustainability.
Public Leaderships
We endeavor that diverse, capable and engaged public professionals reach and remain in strategic governmental positions in order to guarantee the delivery of better services to all people in Brazil. Therefore, we collaborate in the making of diverse and high-performing teams and in the development of leaderships in strategic governmental positions, with the premises of ethnic, racial and gender equity.
Methodology
The work we do in territories includes the diagnosis, advice, hands-on support, monitoring and evaluation. Get to know our state-capacities strengthening metrics that are already assisting many Brazilian cities and States.

Ethnic, racial and gender equity and socio-environmental sustainability are premises that guide our work. All of our areas, programs and projects search to incorporate these pillars to their work and planning.
Education in the Amazon
We are engaged in the promotion of the amazon region conservation. Stimulating sustainable lifestyles via integral education and methodologies that potentialize local knowledge and diminish educational inequalities.
