Our areas of activity
Public education with racial equity
We want all students to finish elementary school with the skills to thrive and for quality education to be a reality for every student, without exception. We work with education departments, strengthening pedagogical, administrative and leadership management through diagnosis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based educational policies.
Diverse public
leaders
We collaborate to build high-potential teams and develop leadership, based on the principles of ethnic-racial and gender equity. We network with professionals from within and outside the public sector to accelerate change in Brazil, through leadership training and development, the implementation of strategic management policies, and networking.
