Program solutions are grounded in evidence, active listening, and practical experience within public education systems. We offer strategic and customized support to technical teams and public-sector leaders, reinforcing institutional capacity and the long-term sustainability of education policies. Our focus is to ensure that every student learns at the right pace, with attention to school retention, equity, and quality. We believe that strengthening public leadership is essential to driving structural and long-lasting change in education. Racial, gender, and territorial equity are embedded across all stages of the program, from policy design to implementation. Committed to the continuity of public policies, we invest in building the capacity of education departments.

This program values local knowledge and supports pedagogical practices grounded in the realities, cultures, and territories of the Amazon. We track learning in 100% of schools, including the most remote ones, to ensure that no school is left unseen.
We work side by side with education systems, strengthening local capacity through active listening, technical support, and institutional coordination. We promote leadership and educator development with a focus on pedagogical practices that address students’ cognitive, emotional, social, and cultural dimensions.
We recognize that promoting equity in the Amazon requires addressing historical inequalities through solutions designed and led by local territories.

The program consolidates and expands the progress achieved by education systems, promoting the continuous improvement of public education policies. Peer learning is a key driver of learning. We create safe spaces for sharing challenges, solutions, and applied strategies. We strengthen connections among public-sector leaders who work with a focus on equity and a commitment to improving learning outcomes. Encouraging creativity and local adaptation is central to our approach. Grounded in the realities of each territory, we support education systems in building institutional capacity to ensure policy continuity and sustained improvements in educational management.

We believe that effective public policies are shaped by people who are well prepared and deeply connected to the real challenges of their territories. For this reason, we strengthen institutional capacity by investing in those who lead, supporting governments in the training and development of diverse and highly qualified public-sector leaders. Our Leadership Development Programs integrate technical knowledge, active learning methodologies, and practical field experience, transforming learning into solutions rooted in local contexts and translated into measurable impact. Equity is both our guiding principle and the outcome we seek. Promoting leadership that is diverse across race, gender, and territory is not only an ethical commitment but a fundamental condition for more representative and transformative public management.

We prepare public-sector leaders to advance public management through excellence, innovation, and social impact. We value public managers as central actors in the changes that strengthen territories and improve quality of life. Our work is grounded in data, qualified listening, and methodologies that apply to the realities of public management, always anchored in practice and collaboration. Racial, gender, and regional equity are embedded in our methodology and selection processes, ensuring diversity and representation. We foster an active leadership network, we encourage shared learning and the co-creation of systemic solutions, strengthening the public sector’s ability to deliver sustainable change.

This program recruits and trains young talents committed to the public sector and to generating social impact. It integrates practical experience with technical and socio-emotional development, preparing professionals to act with purpose, innovation, and results. Gender, racial, and territorial diversity are core principles of both our selection processes and training content, ensuring representation and a plurality of perspectives. By contributing to real-world deliverables across territories and strengthening public management, we build bridges between engaged youth and structural public policies, driving a new generation of leaders who transform the present and help shape a more just future.

Motriz Black Leadership Program prepares mid-level professionals by developing technical and socio-emotional competencies to address racial underrepresentation and expand Black representation in strategic positions. It also supports the advancement of anti-racist institutional frameworks and affirms that dismantling racism is a shared responsibility, requiring active engagement from both Black and non-Black leaders across the public sector.

Motriz Network brings together alumni of the organization’s programs who are committed to equity, representation, and technical excellence, forming an active community that drives lasting change in the public sector. Together, they form an active community that advances sustained change in the public sector and acts as a catalyst for institutional transformation.
